Inwood’s North Cove as their “Rehabilitate & Release” site for water fowl after treatment.


First goose released at Inwood’s North Cove
“RY87”, is part of a national research study.

Goose leaves upper west side Manhattan and hops on the “One” subway line,
exits at 207th and leaves his cage to freedom after being successfully treated for release
